Value Engineering: a structured effort to optimize function and reduce costs of construction through building features, systems, equipment, and material selections all-the-while ensuring the ideal performance, quality, reliability, and safety throughout the process.

We take our time in this stage of the process to ensure that all of the details are ironed out and aligned with your final vision. This includes creating a realistic budget that utilizes skilled, local trades to get the job done.

What you can expect: In-depth design consultation, customized architectural plans from industry professionals, realistic detailed budget, utilization of local trades, permit due diligence, identifying unique building requirements, 3D design renderings, and consistent communication throughout the entire process!

BUILD

Now that the design is complete, material selection and ordering will be key for staying on budget and avoiding any delays.
